Completely incapable of getting any order right and a woeful customer service department. Sales calls are answered almost straightaway, customer services is half hour plus. If you have a problem, select the sales option and go straight for a manager, or just waste your time. If you wait long enough for customer services, they won't actually do anything. Absolutely incompetent.
