Also, we request anyone considering partnering with SetSchedule to commit at least 1 year to the program. Given the process for locating and converting prospects can be months, which might not even include the amount of time it takes to finalize a real estate transaction, we believe that a minimum of 1 year is necessary to truly maximize a partnership and evaluate its potential.

Finally, the agreement indicates in section 8.1 that payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable.
