Just purchased some purse organizers and base shapers from this company. They do the job for keeping my bags in shape hence the bags look better. They are made of basic material and doesn't weight a ton. Very happy with the product I wish they have more sizes available. I took a star off because the website could not give you an update after the order is made. But if you email them they would give you the info when the order was sent out.
Found people with the same experience I had with Beyond The Rack online website. You cannot be more right on about their comments. Very happy came across PissedConsumer website.
Just received a fake Givenchy bag ( costs $2000) and the delivery with no tracking available since they use private delivery not via Canada Post any more. This is not the same company I had dealt with in the past. I will call my Visa card company to make sure I get my money back
Brought the bag to Givenchy retailer they confirmed the bag from BTR is "counterfeit". As soon as I get an official letter from Givenchy, credit card company would be able to reverse my payment to BTR. Never want anything to do with this company again.

We would like to reassure you that all merchandise we sell on the site is guaranteed to be 100% authentic. BTR only deals with reputable vendor and suppliers.
Selling fake goods would hurt our reputation with our customers and this is not something that we want. We also do not condone the selling of counterfeit merchandise on the website.
It is true that we use our own delivery service called BTR Direct for our local deliveries and part of the Toronto area. If you click the tracking # on your track orders page, you will be redirected to your shipment details, however, this is still a work in progress for us.
While we do stand by all merchandise sold on the site, we’re happy to walk you through the return process and issue you a refund to your original method of payment as an exception to our returns policy.
