Seller Bucklecity.com, (seems to be Nick, a 1 man show), screwed me over badly when I attempted to purchase an item for a Halloween costume.

Nick failed to send me a confirmation number after my online purchase on 10/17, even after a couple email attempts (records of email below) to inquire on status (I would have called, but no phone # on site), and ultimately did not send item to me even with 2 weeks lead time when I paid for Priority Shipping (2-4 days).

Finally, after a 2nd email push, was told on 10/25 that due to a mix up my order was never processed and he did not have the item in stock and unable to complete the transaction.

I was forced to use thinkgeek.com and pay extra for 1 day shipping but had a lot less time to construct the item into my Halloween costume.

Will never use vendor again due to negligence in being able to process an order into a system as well as unresponsiveness and lack of service. Stay Away!

Hi Nick,

What the hell is going on here? I have a costume party this Friday and am totally screwed by doing business with you should I not get this today.

I put priority shipping on Oct 17 and have also sent follow-up email 3 days ago. Furthermore, the order status says "processing".

Please send me over 1 day shipping immediately pleased, as you have not lived up to your SLA and have greatly exceeded it.

Should I have known this was going to happen, I would have chosen another vendor.

Please get back to me with status update.

Sorry for the mix up with your order, for some reason the order was marked as shipped in our system. Unfortunately we dont have any more of the LED Buckles in stock, your card hasnt been charged and the order has been cancelled, if there is something else I can please let me know
