So I purchased two replacement screens for two ipods I own. The tracking number says they have been delivered by USPS, however, they havent. I inquired to the company, and they responded saying to check with USPS. I did. They could not locate. OK, so it may be the carrier's fault here. But who hires the carrier, the sender or the recipient? Anyway, I told them USPS had no idea where the packages were, and here is the correspondence...
As mentioned previously USPS it does indeed confirm delivery. If there was anything we would be able to do we would be glad to unfortunately as previously mentioned USPS has confirmed delivery on this package therefore we would be unable to issue a resolution directly and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that we strongly recommend First class with signature as it prevents issues like these from occurring.

I placed two separate orders for screen replacements for ipods on November 27th. I don't have the order confirmation still, but I do have record of payment. I never received either of these. Can you check on this for me?
