Punchbowl customer service is exceptional. I took strong issue with the "small print" policy of charging a full year membership that can cancel anytime - bc you don't get your prorated money back! HOWEVER, customer service responded quickly to correct the issue. Punchbowl has terrific products so I am happy they resolved the matter so I can keep using the site without worrying about hidden fees.
