“Return process from Canada is ridiculous - 1 month and still no credit on my credit card”

Returned two pairs of shoes and its been 1 month and still no credit on my credit card yet. Customer service said it was still in transit even though my return tracking slips says they received it 2 weeks ago. It is ridiculous time line for a return process. Not worth ordering from them if this is how a return process is done.
