Honestly, I get my membership fee back in shipping fees at Christmas, and then more savings throughout the rest of the year. As long as I order Prime items and nothing from other sellers I've never had a problem. And even when we did order some things for my daughter's wedding from other vendors, their customer service helped us track the order and figure out what was wrong. But the big thing is SUBSCRIBE AND SAVE! I love that so so very much. Thank you Amazon!

Tip for consumers:
If you have Prime, make sure to take advantage of subscribe and save. You don't actually need Prime for S&S, but if you have it you can get extra savings on diapers, other baby items and some paper products.

I am very happy with all the products purchased from Becky Higgins. Not only are her products high-quality, but she has the online tools to help you use them. Of course most scrapbook sites have inspirations and a blog, but Becky's are very high quality. AND she has downloadable card reference sheets! That has really helped me a lot.

I wrote a separate review for Amazon Prime which was glowing. Amazon as a whole could use some help. We have all heard of the scams, poor quality and outrageous shipping times. If you do order make sure you "refine by" Prime even if you don't have it. Although their customer support will try to help with other items, they have much more success with their Prime items.

Tip for consumers:
Just get Prime. You can order enough for holidays to get your money back.

Horrible Horrible Horrible service. They are rude, they want some person who has NO technical knowledge to be the "go between" just repeating conversations with no idea what they are talking about, then if you ask to talk to that person they will just literally transfer you back to the main number. After they have done this enough times to make you want to tear your hair out, they are absolutely MONSTROUS if you express ANY frustration. Please do yourself and your physical and mental health a favor - find someone else to purchase your services through.

Tip for consumers:
Seriously just don't do it. I tried them at a different school district 12 years ago and this time I REALLY thought they had to get better. They didn't. They got worse.
