My son ordered me a pair of boots for Christmas and he accidentally ordered the wrong size. When I called about exchanging them the woman I spoke to was rude and seem disinterested in helping me. The boots I wanted were still on sale and they had the size I needed in stock however. So I returned them on my dime. And I waited for two weeks when I finally called and asked where my replacement pair were. Again the man on the phone was rude and just as disinterested. He stated the boots were now suddenly out of stock so they just had refunded the money. I notice now the boots are double the price and all the sizes are now marked out of stock. So much for my christmas present. Worst customer service ever. They are just downright rude and make no effort to try to resolve any issues..

I apologize that the boots you were wanting were out of stock by the time we received your exchange request in our fulfillment center. These boots were a very popular item this past season and it is common that shoes and garments can go out of stock quickly; especially if it is a common size.
