Cheapoair has refunded my money in my credit card while I submitted Payment via my checking Account
and when I called to explain I was told refund was done by the Airline and they couldn't do anything about it. Yes both my debit and credit card were in their system but the whole payment was paid using my debit card and I wanted that cash back back if refund occurs. Why not. Automatically refund to the exact account where the money came from. I understand that a mistake can happen but if reported why doing nothing about it.
Also very poor Customer service responsiveness: usually about 1hr or more to get a customer representative who puts you on hold and most often disappears until call hangs up on you.
