I LOVE the tracker! I have been using it for a while now and I track food, water and exercise. You also have access to a support group made up of people all over the world. You can join challenges or teams, it is all up to you! The best part is, it's free! You can use this with whatever food plan you are on. You can pay a little for the Spark diet plan but you do not have to, to use the whole site. Highly recommend for everyone who is trying to lose weight or keep it off!

I'm a male who has used various sites over the past 6 months to talk to and meet women who are willing to have an affair. This site is probably the best for doing that as it has yielded my only affair so far. Admittedly, I haven't tried very hard on other sites, but at nostringsaffair at least you don't have to wonder about why the other person is there or what they are looking for. The hard part is already exposed for you... the other person is married and looking to have an affair. It's true that you need to watch out for "phishers" who are simply there to get you to buy a membership to contact them for no response. Just know that no woman on that site will ever initiate contact with you... period. You are responsible for initiating contact. If you receive first contact from a woman on there, you are being phished.
