SafeBatteries.com used to be a GREAT place to purchase high-quality laptop batteries containing high-quality Panasonic cells. That was then (2017-18). Today (2021), they are no longer reliable. I tried to contact them repeatedly to build me a new battery for a model I'd purchased before from them (and this IS a service they offer), but they would not respond. Then I purchased another battery from them in early 2021, and it would not hold a charge more then 30 seconds. So I contacted them to get an RMA #, and again they never responded. So I'm out $90+ with a battery that I have no way to return. I have a suspicion that if I disassemble the battery pack, I won't even find good Panasonic cells; I'll probably just find cheap Chinese cells instead. Recommend staying away from these guys, unless they straighten out their act. I even tried to add a very gentle review on their SafeBatteries.com website, but they would not publish it.

Tip for consumers:
Recommend you try to contact them *before* you order something, just to see if anyone is "at home", so to speak. Maybe they can still provide a decent battery like they could 2+ years ago, but certainly not in my recent experience.

Products used:
I bought a different battery on Amazon made by Solice.
