Have been shopping with nohow for years but recently the customer service has been terrible.
I returned a coat back in January and it's been stuck in customs.
When I contact them about it they just tell me how it's my responsibility, but they told me on previous emails that they sent paper work off to release it so I'm not sure what's going on.
Personally I think in these situations they would honour a refund as I have been with them for years but they just sent me a snotty email telling me how it's my responsibility and to contact the the airport.
I won't be shooting with them again be very careful dealing with them as it's not a professional company anymore.
