Wish I had found this site earlier. Awful experience received a partial order that was not the size I requested then they claim I ordered that size I have to pay return shipping and insurance on the item customer service ess rude. I told then when I called I opened the box twenty minutes before calling and didn't even open the jeans since I could see the size.

I like that this site asks you questions and while it suggests who is a close match you can see the answer the other person gave and come to your own conclusion.
I didnt want a site that allowed a computer to solely pick my match. As with any dating site you will have "a few" issues but This was by the far the best site for value and accuracy that I have found.

So I contacted fit it direct since they hold the warrant on the item and had so much trouble I called Brookstone where I purchased it and they handled everything sent me a return box for the damages item and a new one is on the way. Way to go brookstone you are my new gadget store of choice. Great job
