I am pissed off with WorldRemit service! I have followed the instructions on the FAQ page and prepared the bank documents for the colleagues of the WorldRemit to investigate my case and hopefully would like to get my refund back. However, it took almost 1 month to just investigate my case and their colleagues, always changing the person who contacts me about the case, always asking me to provide the same thing again and again. Since their colleagues contacting me always change and they specify that their company would not keep customers' bank record so I was like providing my bank statement to their colleagues, who called themselves 'experts', every time when contacting through email nearly every day and just like a loophole that never ends. Few weeks before, the 'experts' said the refund was successfully processed, however, the refund had never been made to my account. They are just deceiving people! So if any of you using their service, please continue, but be careful not to get a refund because they are trying their best by using their colleagues to let you get annoyed and give up on the refund!
