I used what was listed for my foot size, in size chart and even used a measuring tape to co-ordinate with the chart (which varied from style to style of shoes). When shoes, finally arrived they were too short, by about 3/4 inch. Emailed company - in China - they offered to pay me 1/4 to 1/3 of shoe price to not return. After a lot of back and forth emails they refunded me, what they called 1/2 of shoe price. Had to pay more than that to have shoes professionally stretched. Have cute shoes on site - but business itself, shoddy to say the least.

Ordered dress, followed size chart, when finally got here was too small across shoulders and bust and fabric not as described. Emailed to get details on returns and they suggested I get dress altered to be able to use it?!?!? Told them that was ludicrous, would need same fabric, to make altering possible & knew that was a pipe dream. Sent dress back on 7/5/19 & still trying to get refund. Will computer working kids will be reporting them to every agency possible - they are BAD news & terrible business people.
