Stay away from this website! I wanted to book some accomodation for myself and a few friends on the 1st April 2014 through be-my-guest.com. I received an email informing me that the place I had chosen to stay was fully booked and the deposit that I had put down (£50) would not be taken from my account. 2 weeks later this money was then taken from my account. I have called the company and managed to get through to someone (same person) twice out of 40+ attempts to ask why the money has been taken and not returned to me. Each time I have been told that it would be sorted out and still nothing! This is unbelievably frustrating and completely unprofessional on their part. If you want to save yourself spending all day on the phone to an answering machine then I would completely avoid this website!
