After my service was disconnected for TWO WEEKS I filed a BBB complaint.
Because I filed a BBB complaint QLink canceled my account.
I emailed twice and spoke to customer service three times to no avail. Upper management had black balled my account "because I was unhappy with their service".
Tip for consumers: Call 611 on your cell phone to reach customer service.
Trying to reach a live person via their automated phone tree is impossible, especially after they cancel your account.
