They refused to end our membership and continued to charge us even though when we placed the first shipment we were told that we can cancel at any time. It has been a headache going though my bank to try to dispute the charges. SCAM and FRAUD!

Don't book with them. Just book directly with the airline. They refused to charge the reservation on to a different credit card when I called just a few hours after the booking and said they will have to cancel it and re-book it and charge a $99 cancellation, even though it was within the 24 hours time frame.

You are much better off booking with the airline directly.
