These guys suck & lie. The very first time I ordered from these guys? They got over on me... Bad! I ordered a guitar "AJ 220S" & in the picture it was a color I liked so I ordered that color. Traditional sunburst with a dark fret board and dark bridge (tail piece) specifically a Rose Wood color. When I got it, it had the sunburst I wanted but the fretboard and bridge was not like the picture or description. It was a "pink color" and I was like "Oh, hell no!" It did not look very good at all. So I called AMS and the guy at AMS said "Oh, the guitar manufacturer changed the wood type to a composite wood." As if composite is even a 100% wood type with a specific color and if that explains a pink fretboard and bridge? I told the uneducated guy that comp. Isn't even a wood type. It's a manufactured man made wood of a mixture of wood pulp & plastics compressed into a solid & can be stained any color... I guess including "pink". God I should have taken pictures of it? It was hideous! It was my first & last time ever dealing with them. They didn't even offer to exchange it or try baiting me with a gift certificate or anything. They just said send it back we'll refund you. As if this was routine or something?

Around late January, 2020 I was checking my e-mail and noticed a message stating "Welcome to the Issuu publishing community". I was like "Who is Issuu?" So I clicked on the link and it took me to a cheesy looking so called publishing site for writers and artists. I knew the second I saw the page I had never signed up. The reason I knew? Because I am a published writer world wide in several languages and I own my own publishing Co. And have distribution through a couple of outlets. I don't need Issuu. Here's what I feel happened. I think they saw my books somewhere. Then searched my name for my business e-mail and signed me up without my knowing or permission, not knowing I hardly need them or what seems like their criminal activities. So I made a new password and signed in because I didn't know the password someone had made up for me. I then deleted the page. Very pathetic and disgusting and scummy if you ask me?

Eber & Wein Publishing are a vanity press that prey on unsuspecting victims (writers) who are new to the world of "publishing" (printing & distribution of books). They tricked me into sending them a couple of my poems by telling me they saw my poems on facebook & would love review some of my work at their website. They write back telling me to enter their contest. I did. They said I was runner up. But didn't win. I was ok with that.

Then I get another letter stating my poetry would be in their books. I asked if I would get royalties because my poetry is copywriten and under a publisher associated with ASCAP, BMI & Sound Exchange & I understand "print royalties". But they said "No". So I said "You can't use my poems if I cant get paid." They turn around write me saying they're using it anyways & use my poem after I said "No". I write them saying not to use my work. Then they send me another letter saying they are re-entering me in their contest again without my permission, again. So I assume it will be used in more books again? There are also many complaints against them across the web and some complaints speak of outright theft of funds from consumers. Not just poets. Links below.

"Poetry Nation / Eber & Wein Publishing" are another poetry website to stay clear of. Based in the united states. For 2 years I've been trying to delete my account but there is no way to. I decided to delete my account after they put my poetry in print more than once without my permission. Then I started noticing complaints against them accross the web. There is even a website dedicated to filing complaints specifically against Poetry Nation/Eber & Wein Publishing. I've tried to be civil with these people but they are refusing to respond. I have contacted Poetry Nation/Eber & Wein on 3 separate occasions to delete my account, but they are not responding to me for some reason? I also found some dirt on this website. They are stealing poetry works & money from people. It's in the link below. Alot of pissed off people being stolen from by poetry nation/Eber & Wein Publishing. Not to mention accross the internet. Including facebook. On facebook there is a page dedicated to filing complaints against them. Thats how bad it's getting. I have renamed my poetry nation page to "Let me go Poetry Nation".

I purchased a 10 T hydraulic ram. When it arrived the shipping box was soaked in hydraulic oil and I knew it was a defective unit immediately. I opened the shipping box and the carry case appeared to have been *highly* damaged on the outside and inside of the carry case meaning if the shipping box wasn't damaged asid from being soaked in oil they sold me a damaged unit from the factory and knew it. The only thing wrong with the shipping box was it was soaked in oil from the leaking unit inside. It was clear it was not dropped by UPS. I called and wrote to Vevor the same day I received the unit and did as they request by sending pictures. They said they can't refund me even though I sent pictures and they claim on their web page they have a "30 day refunds and easy returns" policy. That is a false advertisement and an outright lie. But they told me to examine the hydrolic and make a diagnosis and they would send me the part that's broken. The problem with that is there are two pieces that have oil in them and I'm not a qualified hydraulic mechanic and am not real sure what I'm looking at. All I know is the case is ruined inside and out and it's leaking from somewhere. Either the rings or threads or seals. Just very scummy of this company to treat people like this.

I purchased 2 brake lights in a package deal. For some reason they were being mailed separately & came with 2 different tracking numbers. I figured they would be mailed together. The passenger side made it to my house in about 1 week. But the driver side was never even handed over to FedEx and was never mailed out. So I called carparts about 2 weeks later to ask where my light was. The guys first excuse was "Because of covid-19, FedEx is late." And I told him the package never made it to FedEx from car parts because the tracking said FedEx was waiting for the package to arrive from carparts to be mailed. So he said "So what do you expect us to do?" I told him I expected my light to show up or if possible can they overnight me one. He said he had to ask his boss. He came back & said that it was ok to overnight me one and I should see it in 2 days. But instead? I got an email with a refund. So I decided to just buy another one. But I found out they are $32 pc. If you buy them separately vs. a package deal they are $24 pc. & this doesn't include credit card purchase fees. So I called to file a complaint and the woman I ended up talking to in customer service said she'd send me a coupon to buy another one for $24. I thought everything was good but it wasn't. I entered the coupon code & it was for $1 off of the purchase. Very, very scummy. This was my first and last time dealing with carparts.com

VUDU saw this review & made things right for me by resetting my account and reloading all of my paid for movies. It took a min. But they did their job... Finally. Thanks VUDU for getting my movies in order and playable. I guess I don't need to leave VUDU after all.

I supposedly had hundreds & hundreds & hundreds of "views" to my poetry, but not one comment or thumbs up or thumbs down. Found that odd. So I decided to just delete my poems. But as I tried to delete my poetry I found I couldn't. They have a button on the "edit" page that says "delete works". But when you hit delete, your poem just sits there and is never deleted? So I then decide to just leave the website. "Here is where it gets fishy & you probably shouldn't join." When I try to delete my account, I couldn't. There's no "delete account button or page. So I naturally wrote to the administrators, but no response at all. I've dealt with this with in the past with an american poetry website about two years ago & had to make threats of tort litigation (suing) so the Co. Would stop publishing my poems for profit in their book while I starve. Can't prove they're stealing yet, but I can prove I can't delete my works or my account. So I just re-edited my poems to all say "Cosmofunnel refuses to let me go for some reason". I have renamed my page "Goodbye Cosmofunnel" because they won't allow me to delete my works or page.

Don't disrespect artists Cosmofunnel! We arent your prisoners.
