Apex Algorithms (Apex Incorporated Ltd) sells 'bonds' and unregulated collective investments in sports betting. A little digging revealed that the founder, Nathan Burgoyne, was originally behind another football investment scam called Sports Alpha-Bet with his brother Daniel Burgoyne (Spencer).

Apex Algorithms' claims of performance are simply made up. They claim to trade with Pinnacle Sports, an offshore bookmaker but they do not even have an account with them! Why would a legitimate company lie about the brokerage they use and forge results? They have never had an independent audit of performance. Their directors are running a clear Ponzi scheme. To current investors, take notice of the Mail on Sunday article about them years ago! Nathan Burgoyne and Paul Northcott are running a fraud! Get your money out before it collapses!
