ONTD is a mixed bag. On on hand it's a truly funny gossip site with a number of funny posters who are witty and like to have fun. On the other hand, the site can be a bit insufferable when it comes to certain topics. Stans (stalker + fans) rear their ugly heads in One Direction posts to scare away the more casual posters, while rabid Social Justice Warriors will post en masse in racism/politic threads where dogpiling is the norm for anyone who dares to slightly disagree with their (bitter) opinions.

It's fun to snark on and you can befriend some people through livejournal. However, if you don't follow the status quo of thinking that most posts on ONTD have, prepare to have threads of being "LJ Noted" for not agreeing or understanding how things work.
