If an order needs hub centric rings they should be part of the package. I ordered a package so I could have everything in one go since I'm not an expert on wheels. I didn't want headaches, I wanted to put wheels on/visit a shop, torque them down, learn my TPMS, and enjoy them. I go to a shop, and they refuse to put them on because I'm missing hub rings. The what? The things that make sure the wheel is centered on the hub. The guy looks at me laughs and goes "They didn't send you any did they?"

I call FI and get told I may get a vibration at speed because the hub is 56.6mm and the bore is 72.1mm (which it also turns out must be a weird thing as well). I ask why they don't offer hub rings and got told a lot of people have their own, or the wheels come with them. I got two or three text messages about adding ceramic coating though. I placed an order for a set on the 3rd, and I'm waiting for them to ship still as of writing this review on the late night of the 7th. Which I get, its only been two business days.

I decide to put them on anyways since I've waited weeks for these things, and yeah the car feels like a pile of junk. Now I have to wait for an outside vendor to send me a 30 dollar set of rings. Which is fine, I want to do it by the book, because I have a sneaking feeling rings may not fix this. The point is, why are rings not in the package? The whole point is you get wheels ready to go. You get all hyped up to get your wheels and then find out they are useless because of little plastic rings. I saved what, 40 whole bucks buying a package that isn't why I did it. I did it to avoid problems.

Also, my spline drive socket/key shattered torqueing my wheels down to 80 ft/lbs with my torque wrench (yes its calibrated), so shout out to that thing. I had to run out and get another locally to get them to the factory spec. Overall my buyers remorse is sky high.

Sorry guys, I'll update if the rings fix it, but I never wanted to be in this position to start with, and again is why I wanted a ready to go package, not to wait for more parts and make more appointments. Really just kinda wish I kept my dumb little OE wheels.

Edit - I received an email and call from Evan who has agreed to ship me rings that will work with two day shipping, since the ones the ordered from wheel pros are backed up (and hard to find). They are also going to reimburse me for the lugs and rings (I'm guessing both sets?). I will update this when anything else happens. Hopefully the next one just says "The rings worked fine, all is good."

Edit - I didn't get an email, but the tracking page shows my rings shipped. It looks like they shipped me 72mm - 56.1mm hub rings, but my hubs are 56.6mm. Not so sure these are going to fit but I guess we will see. Hoping these aren't the Gorilla Automotive ones that are actually 72.6 to 56.1 that I kept seeing. I can't imagine they would be I did ask specifically if they were actually 72.0/72.1 and not 72.6... Lets hope because my patience is at about a -3. Emailed back to verify I'm not waiting for something that won't fit.

Edit - Got a text from FedEx that what appears to be my original rings shipped out of ANAHEIM, CA with a delivery date of 7/17 (Currently the 11th). Hoping these are the originals sent by error and not the two day shipping ones. So begins day 8 waiting for plastic circles.

Edit - These ARE the rings I was afraid they would be. Gorilla Automotive 72 (actually 72.6) to 56.1 hub rings (P/N 72-5615). They don't fit the wheel bore (72.1), or the hub bore (56.6). Maybe they could be hammered on but I think they would break first, and I'm not doing that to my stuff. They are sending me more rings. The plastic circles war rages on.

Edit - (6/15) Looks like something is coming FedEX on the 19th? Maybe? Last spoke to FI on the 11th.

Edit - (6/15) Got an email I should have then the 17th.

Edit - (6/17) These rings have the wrong wheel bore too. 72.6 vs 72.1/72.0 and don't fit in the wheel bores. Oddly enough its half the same problem I had with the last set. Requesting a refund for the first time. Attached a photo so maybe they will stop sending me 72.6 rings once a week. Totally wish I never ordered wheels at this point. I think more rings are actually coming in and these may have been the original ones that were back ordered? Who knows anymore, and frankly I don't care. My patience for this is over and I want my money back.

Edit - (6/17) I was offered a return / refund for this wheel and tire package.

Edit (6/21) Got labels and BOL. Strapped to pallet and sent photos in for approval. Also just for giggles opened the THIRD box of rings that showed up today, and they are also the wrong size. Good thing I didn't wait to see if they would work. They are the same as the first set I got to start with. Unreal.

Edit (6/24) Got my refund finally. Glad that mess is over.
