Ordered a computer monitor that was on sale from them, took them 3 weeks to ship and when they did they charged me full price as it was no longer on sale. On top of that, they charged another $12 for kogan first as my 2 week trial had expired, and another $18 for shipping. When I asked to refund both the monitor and the "subscription" they said since there was nothing wrong with the monitor they could not refund it. As for kogan first, they said it was under their terms and services that they also do not refund this "service" ever, under any circumstances. So I suggest people stay far, far away from them and wait for the bbb to give them what's coming.
