“Excellent Customer Support”

I purchased a faucet roughly six months ago. There was an issue with the sprayer not connecting back up to faucet properly. I called into Customer Service and worked with Adina. She contacted the manufacturer and made arrangements for a replacement part to be mailed directly to me. I couldn't be happier with the level of support and my decision to purchase from Quality Bath. Thanks Adina!
