My first attempted purchase from this website and it was a total disaster, I paid by Western Union as request 179GBP but 6 weeks and many frustrating and upsetting emails later, I have not received my purchase or a refund. The customer service agent Sandrine, was very timely and polite during the early conversations, however, the excuses mounted and eventually the promise of a refund was withdrawn and I was told it was a customer issue, whatever that means? And although the tracking reference has shown the same information for 6 weeks, "delivery date pending" the company refuse to help. If you want to lose a few hundred pounds and be very frustrated by bad customer service, then this is the website for you, if you would like a smooth transaction and helpful, honest staff then steer clear!
