I do not recommend doing business with this company. I will not be receiving my order from FavorWarehouse at all as they cancelled my order because they were unable to meet the shipping deadlines as posted on their website. I placed my order on 7/10/2016 as the website showed that it takes 5 business days for processing and 2-6 business days for shipping to my area. On 7/25 I followed up with FavorWarehouse as I had yet to receive any shipping notification and I was concerned that my items would not arrive in time for my event on 7/30/2016. They responded on 7/25 advising that my order is in processing and will be shipped out this week and to expect it around Wednesday, August 3rd. I immediately responded advising that this is not acceptable as my event is on 7/30, which I specified in my first email to them AND on my original order. I then asked them to rush process and ship my items to meet my 7/30 deadline but received no response. I made several more attempts to contact them by email (because they cannot be reached by phone), but received no response so I turned in a ticket with Google as my purchase was backed by them. I explained the situation and asked that FavorWarehouse process and rush ship my items immediately to meet my deadline. The following day Google notified me that FavorWarehouse cancelled my order and refunded my money. No response from FavorWarehouse, not attempt to rush process, nothing. They just cancelled my order and left me without favors for my event just days away. I responded to Google's message advising that I do not want my order cancelled, I want FavorWarehouse to process and rush ship. No response. So I emailed FavorWarehouse several times, yet again, and finally received a response advising that they understand my frustration, and the frustration of many of their customers, and that they are having issues with their supplier. So their resolution was simple. When they cannot meet the guidelines posted on their website, or the deadlines given, they just simply cancel your order. I do not recommend this company. Their prices are decent but their shipping costs are outrageous and their customer service, if you can even call it that, is horrendous.
