I submitted an order, payment was processed, and the company has been unresponsive. I sent 5 emails to their *******@myfantasyhair.com address, and left 5 voicemails trying to confirm the status of my order. I recently received an email from Briana T claiming my order was shipping out, but the tracking information says the that while a label was created, the order has not been scanned or picked up.
