I cannot believe I am actually being asked to leave a review. We still have not gotten our issues resolved. You want a review? Here it is. This was bought for my son for Christmas. It arrived damaged and wrecked. Straight out of the box there were scratches and gouges on the front and some of lights don't work. I contacted Trifecta right away. For about a month now, I will get an email saying multiple things like "We're working on your request", "We are expediting your issues", "We will replace your item but you'll have to pay to return it because it doesn't fall under our product guarantee"... I will not pay to return an item Trifecta sent damaged. As of right now, we have a damaged and wrecked hoverboard that we have packed back up. It's basically an over $200 paperweight and no one with Trifecta even attempting to make this right. I would just ask for a refund but I'm sure they'll try to charge a "restocking fee". I will not pay for this horrible company's horrible service. I'm beyond disappointed and as for my son... well he just wants to be able to ride the hoverboard his mom finally had enough money to buy him.
