I've been a prime member for a few years now. I take advantage of the shipping, music and books. I love the vendors they use. I had to send spin shoes back 3 times for sizing issues. Free returns no problem. And the owner of ZOL contacted me to help me with the sizing.

I ordered my son catchers gear. It arrived in less than 2 days. AWESOME! They sent the wrong color chest protector. I called and a human answered. The correct color arrived in less than 24 hours with a return shipping for the wrong color.

I also ordered items 21 days ago with expedited shipping. Got the same BS. No back order information so I could go another direction for gifts. And they charged me in full for items that haven't shipped.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER.
And I should've known better because they popped up on Facebook. But so does LL Bean which are very honest about delivery dates... NOT FAIRY SEASON
