Last 2 items I bought were straight intentionally sent as a scam and incorrectly misrepresented. I got my money back but why would I use a store that wastes my time with fake products. I also sold on Ebay for the last year and the customer base has gone downhill as well.

Additionally, you're able to request a return in-app by going to the Order Status screen, tapping the question mark in the top right corner, and selecting “How to request a return”.
