I discovered FGT about 2 months ago and liked what I saw in their selection and none bare root trees which Ive always bought for the last 20 years.
So I decided to order 4 trees.
But at that time at checkout there was a problem accepting PayPal with which I by all my gardening supplies.
I called Customer Service and found out they were having some problems accepting PayPal. They worked with me diligently over the next 3-4 weeks.
Finally success!
I immediately went to FGT and ordered 4 different varieties of trees, Granny Smith, Contender Peach, Melody Plum and a Pomagrant in two separate orders.
In one of the orders I forgot to apply the code to receive free shipping. I immediately emailed CS about my problem. This morning I received my reply regarding my mistake. CS corrected my error by crediting the $47.97 shipping charge.
Just unbelievable Customer Service all the way around, thaks Pam and Wonyae for helping in a very timely manner.
My trees ship on Monday and I cant wait to get them get them planted.
I will say that do to the great selection of trees and outstanding Customer Service I will continue making all my tree purchases with them.
Im already planning to order 4 more trees next year!
