I signed up for their free trial and it did not meet our needs for 3 main reasons. 1. No mobile support--everyone has this now and the fact that Celoxis is missing this means they are not really doing any more development for their product. 2. No google docs support 3. Unable to customize workspace. The best part about Celoxis is the price, as it is cheaper than new platforms like Wrike.
