Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with shipping anything. Ordered them and knew shipping delays were a thing due to COVID, but it took them almost two weeks to send it out. I received 4 funko figs with boxes completely destroyed. Even the plastic protectors inside the boxes were messed up. I email them and they are only sending new boxes which is fine but I feel as if this defeats the whole purpose of a collectible boxed item. Was hoping for more sympathy from customer service but I guess from what I see it's a trend. Don't waste your time with the website, go buy from independent businesses. Or any other business who sells them.
