All the little ones seem to add up just fine but when I finally was supposed to get nearly $40 back from buying tires online I only got excuses why I didn't get cash back. I only used the sites own internal discounts, no external promo codes, and jumped through the same hoops I had used for years to successfully get small cash back offers, to make sure my shopping trip was activated. Then, when I contacted support, they initially gave me credit, then a few hours later removed/denied only to be a given a generic laundry list of reasons they were denying me. You just can't trust this one.

They still do not address the fact that I had *no issues at all* until it came down to paying me $100. THEN all of a sudden, all the hoops I jumped through successfully before was suddenly not good enough and I was just screwed... So to them, NO, doing everything you say to do is not good enough, you will just find an excuse not to pay, period... Now it's some magical cookie setting that's the problem they never brought up before, WOW.

Then they take a single contextual use profanity as an excuse to divert form THEIR lack of customer service and they had zero interest in making it right, DISGUSTING!

All was going well, they didn't always have the most cash back compared to a couple of other plug ins, but most of the time they actually did... that was until I actually looked around their site and saw the promos for super limited basically twice a year max per member $100 cash back off a purchase of $100 or more you have to be quick to grab when they become available. Well, I finally snagged one, and only then saw how limited it was, with all kinds of max yearly payouts limits. I jumped through all the hoops, used only a coupon code from them directly, disabled my ad blocker and they STILL invented a reason to deny me the $100 cash back by saying I was using an ad blocker when I've always disabled it and it's worked fine. Now, I'm stuck returning the order at my own shipping cost. This is what they claim what the store I ordered from said, Puritan Vitamins, so they are even worse in all this, but CC should say in their terms they can't guarantee cash back at all if you have any ad blocker installed onto your browser. Mine was disabled, it showed cash back was active from them when I submitted the order, but nope, never got the confirmation. Tried to contact them the first day I could raise a case and was quickly told that since I had used an ad blocker Puritan wasn't going to pay them so I'm out of luck and that's final. Well, I wasn't happy and used a single expletive not even directed at any one, so they threatened to close my account with my current balance sent so I happily accepted. Just stick to Rakuten, Honey, and WikiBuy, they at least don't pull this on you.

Edit: They did follow through and sent me my total balance, which didn't include the $100, but did include cash back for a couple of items I returned and the cash back hadn't dropped off yet, so they do get credit for following through and cashing me out. Feel free to use them for regular percentage based cash back, just avoid their big promos.
