“No refund since JULY! Using credit card”

No email back, poor cux service, poor chatbot, same scripts. I'm tired waiting for my refund
If u cancel ur order, you have to do SS and chat the seller and call their customer service, as i do the follow up. They said that i have to call my BANK? I've been to doing this for almost 3months
