I spent almost $3K on an Alienware PC. Since it arrived, I have not experienced a single day where it didn't just crash completely at least 5 times.
Customer service gave me some half-baked advice which made it crash less… now it crashes only 4 times per day. I read through forums, watched YouTube videos, all kinds of stuff. Nothing works. It's just garbage components that they passed off on me because I tried to cancel after they said "actually, we changed the ship date, it's going to be 6 weeks late, and now it's too late to cancel". So I was about to get visa to reverse it and they just slapped something together and threw it out the door. It literally arrived covered in dirt like it was in a back alley. Yet it was in a new box? Clearly some old return that they had sitting in a pile of dust.

Customer service is the worst. Just people from India that barely pay any attention to your complaint and give you advice like "have you tried turning it off then turning it back on? Okay byeeeeee!"

I will never buy another Dell product as long as I live.

Don’t buy a Dell. Ever.

Teambuy is a scam straight up. Ordered 2 pairs of shorts, got them 2 months later from china only they are about 5 sizes smaller than I ordered. And they are the cheapest quality conceivable. STAY AWAY! They will not refund or help you with correcting errors made, and visa won't accept disputes because Teambuy washes their hands clean of responsibility by acting as a middleman. DO NOT BUY FROM TEAMBUY!
