I was sent an auto-email indicating that I had until 3pm to skip or cancel my next order but found out it is actually 2pm after chatting with a rep. Showed them the email and they were able to refund me. However, it still resulted in a stressful situation. My first order from them was also incorrect but was given credit. Hit or miss as some meals do not seem very fresh (must eat within 1 day of receiving whereas the same meal a different week would have an expiration date many days later).
