Cleared outbound customs. Now in a shipping container and "in transit". Expected delivery unknown. This is not the service I expected. It has been several years since I ordered from Newegg. I guess it's my fault for not checking the current reviews.

Tip for consumers: Newegg is now a just logistics company like Amazon and not responsible for products and service. Caveat Emptor!
