I went to the concert and when my ticket was scanned, it came through as invalid. There was no customer service number that was open to assist on the West Coast. Fortunately, since I had no other choice, I managed to sneak into the concert and sat in the seats that I had purchased, but I missed the first several songs of the set. If you are not going to have customer service available at the time of the concert to manage issues that may arise, you shouldn't be selling the tickets. I will hesitate to purchase from TickPick ever again.
