I made reservations on 29 April for a quality Inn for 23-26 May 2019. There was a choice of two rates per night. One that was no penalty for canceling and a lower nightly rate with penalty for canceling. I chose the higher rate. I just tried to change the date of arrival from the 23rd to the 24th. I was told that I made a reservation that could not be changed and if I did I could not get any refund. I read the cancellation policy of the hotel for my reservation and it says I can cancel without penalty before as long as I cancel before 21 May. Reservations.com says I can cancel however I will not receive any refund.

Much better to search on line for the hotel and make your reservations with them directly.

About once every 4-5 years I go to JC Penny to buy gold toe socks and levis jeans. Last week was that time. My total bill was over $300. The clerk asked if I wanted to save 1/3rd on my purchase by applying for a credit card. I told him I think I already have an account. The short of it is i applied for the credit card as long as they send me a bill in the mail. He did ask me if I wanted to put the purchase on the penny's card. I said yes. I received the credit card yesterday without a bill included. THE APR IS 27.99%. I Was finally able to log on to set up my login after several tries. And there was my new account and my old account. The only way to pay off my account is by providing my bank account information. That is it no other options. Never going to happen for me. So I called customer service to get a mailing address to pay my bill. The Penny's credit card is serviced by Synchrony Bank in Orlando, Florida. Their rating on BBB site is extremely low. I am not sure the JCPenny card is not just a Synchrony card with JC Penny printed on the front with JC Penny receiving a percentage of the 27.99% APR without the overhead of managing the credit card.

I am a victim of credit card fraud committed in Calf, I live in Kansas. Neither jurisdictions will accept a complaint. Crime not committed where I live nor do I live where the crime was committed. So I thought I would file a complaint with Ic3.gov because the criminals appear to have a Russian like and my ba part of a much larger fraud ring. HOWEVER it is hard to file a complaint when the website is not working! The date of the crime field will not let you enter a date. Without a date the complaint cannot be submitted. Extremely poor

I ordered a mass air flow sensor for a 1994 Nissan hard body truck with a 2.4L engine from PGauto. I visited the site a number of times to make sure the part was the correct one. It arrived, I put it on the truck and the truck would not produce RPMs higher than 2000 RPM and would vary by 200 rpm up then down and so on. Which was the problem with the old MAF, however with the old one the truck would get to 3000 rpm before the up and down of rpm. I broke one of the two sensors so I could not return the product. The folks at bonanza sounded like they would have done that but... the original part was made by Hitachi. The part that did not work was a "replacement" for the Hitachi part. Bottom line it did not work out of the box! The next day I ordered a Hitachi MAF! When it arrived I put it on and no more fluctuating! The only thing I can concluded is either the part from pgauto is defective OR the web page at pgauto says this part is a replacement part for the Hitachi is wrong. Either way I will never order anything through bonanza and certainly not from Pgauto again. The part number from Hitachi is AFH55M10. Pgauto replacement is *******. I just visited their site and it said their part fits 1990 -1996. Cannot be! I should have paid better attention! Poor poor product! I compared the ******* with the AFH55M10. The sensors on the 74 part were black like they had a coating. The AFH sensors were white. The old AFH PART Were black until I cleaned them with MAF cleaner. Then they were white.

Tip for consumers:
The part did not work out if the box!
