Currently it is November but I made a big purchase of over 40 items online in September. I called to receive an updated status because I have not received them all. Mrs. Yolanda helped track all purchases but not only did she help me with that but since the item was discontinued she gave me a few options I can use to still execute without having to spend more money or even return (since the items were already purchased in store.)
It may not seem like much but she was super helpful, professional, and customer service skills were amazing! This process to track the shipments took at least an hour but she was still willing to assist.
