They ban individuals from posting ads despite declaring it open to those who do not violate Terms of Service. When they steal your time, edit your posts which do not violate the TOS, then service your credit card and force refunds, processing fees, depletion of your business credit, etc. they are doing this with the intention of stopping work against their declared policies.
