I am amazon.com user for a long time but I was just a buyer. For last 7 months I start to sell on amazon. I already have experience selling on ebay and couple other sites. First it was looking just wonderfull. I sell new cases for tablet pc and other staff but in used directory. Because you can't sell on amazon new staff without official license from manufacturer. But then I sold used Canon digital camera and my account was stopped for a while. With all my money on it - there was 112euro. Amazon explain it so: I violate intellectual property of Canon. When I asked how could this be when I was selling USED CANON CAMERA!?
There where no answer. Then after 2 weeks I received letter that amazon decide to close my seller account. Ok. But I ask them to withdraw my balance to my bank account. They told me - that it going to happen automatically. 3 month later - nothing. No money no connection with amazon - because my account is already closed so I can't enter it and withdraw my money by my self. All I hear from amazon: if you have a problem contact us directly from your account. When I explain my problem they advice my to login and contact them directly from my seller account.
So amazon.com for me is just another global fraudsters with huge money which they've stolen from persons like me. Without any explanations.
I understand that maybe there where reason for closing my seller account but my money which was hold for stuff I sold are still mine! And I am not Santa, at least not for amazon!

Never thought that going to make purchase on any site but ebay (after making it on gearbest).
But tried order some cheap staff on aliexpress and was surprised by their service. It is real fast delivery. And they seriously care about customers. So I've made more purchase on ali and I am 100 percent satisfied with time of delivery and the quality of items.

Using Ebay for about 10 years. Excellent service. Quick seller and buyer support. 100% satisfaction with this site!

Ordered an item. Received totally not as described. Open a dispute. Gearbest ask to ship it back to refund (I pay the shipping cost)
When they received item they refuse to refund. So I lost my money for an item and for the shipping totally 60 $. Awful service. Terrible quality. Highly disappointed.
This review was written 3 months after all disputes (there were 5 actually) were closed by gearbest and paypal in gearbest favour. I tryed one more time to figure it out by opening another dispute on my gearbest account but it didn't work out again. Then I go to google find jabber and wrote a review. Next day gearbest ask if there is something they may do for me. For 3 months I dispute with them with no result. I told them they may keep my money, and may they never bother my again. They found out my order number and refund my for my item 41.99 $ (not for the shipping back to China). And wrote me email that usualy they dont do that but as long as it was my first (and the last) time on gearbest they are "so kind" that refund me a price of the item. I ask them if it is not connect with my review on sitejabber.com:)
Still: never again gearbest!
