I created a Yelp account just to write this review, and I just wanted to reiterate what I wrote on there.
Ordered 2 outlets on April 3rd and was told the item ships the next day, or within 5-7 days. April 5th, I receive an invoice that gives me a shipping date of April 14th. April 18th, I receive an email asking me to confirm that I received the delivery, so I email support saying that I have NOT received a delivery. The following day they respond and I'm given a new estimated shipping date of April 24th. It's May 1st and I'm no longer getting any response from customer support, and I have no idea what is going on with my order.
DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE if you have any intention of using the item within the next 2 months. Even then, that's only to give you enough time to give up on Gordon Electric and order from anywhere else instead.
