Paid for a pair of black heels to be worn at an important function. Fashion Nova sent me a super ugly black shirt. Long story short, they arent sending me any heels, although they processed my card and took my money for them. They wont give me a refund. They wont give me store credit, which i do not want, UNTIL i ship the top back to them. I have to pay them for a return shipping label, yeah, so they get MORE of my money and again i get nothing. I WISH i had done a lil research on this company. I would have seen the over 1100 complaints that BBB has on them! WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. So i never received anything for my money, and never got my money back. This is what they do. They rip people off
