I'm a new subscriber and had some install issues. They got back to me quickly, personally, and solved the problem very quickly. In days of old, this level of support would probably be unremarkable. Nowadays, it seems to be the exception. They seem to really care. I'm looking forward to researching my family!
Went to a Dead & Co show last night. They delivered the wrong tickets, so I called and customer support was awesome. They still had extra tickets and allocated 2 to me and gave me a number to go pick them up nearby. I went there and there were people shouting that they were watching the price go up by the minute online and were unable to buy... and then took my tickets and gave them to someone else! Lots of very angry people. Very poor process on their part. I will do my best to avoid using them in the future.
Negative stars! These guys SUCK. Do not do business with them. They cancelled my rental I booked long in advance WITHOUT TELLING ME until after I showed up in Boston after an exhausting cross-country flight with my 3 year old. Horrible customer service to boot.
