Ok I have ordered from Colourpop over 20 times not even exaggerating. And only once in the past year and a half since I have been buying from them has a product came damaged. It was one super shock shadow (I had about 10 I that order) and it was slightly cracked so I just repressed it and it was good as new. Never have I had to wait more than 10 days from the day I ordered to receive a package but they are based out of LA and I live in Washington State so Im fairly close. The shadows are incredibly pigmented and I love the super shock highlighters they are blinding. The only product Im not a huge fan of is ultra matte lips but that could just be me Im more of a glossy lip person but I do love matte X lippie sticks because they are matte without being drying. This is one of my ride or die brands right next to my tarte products.

I have never ordered from their online store so I dont know how fast the shipping is but we have a very large boutique close to where I live and I love shopping there. The clothes fit true to size and are extremely stylish and on trend. Love this store!

I ordered some makeup brushes during a sale where all brushes were 35% off and I honestly didnt expect much because I was getting the brushes for such a good price. They came super fast and was so surprised with quality. They were super soft and fluffy brushes and the makeup bag that came with one set was super nice quality. I use the brushes everyday to do my makeup and I cant ever go back to my old ones.

I placed my order in February 6th and received my items on February 12th. Super fast shipping and loved how carefully packaged everything was. I ordered 17 items from their damaged sale (this is where they list products 50% that might have minor damage you will never receive a shattered eyeshadow) and they came in perfect condition 14 of them looked perfect with no damages out of the other 3 one had some sticker residue on the back of the pan and the other two had the smallest of nicks in the shadows that disappeared after a couple uses. The matte eyeshadows were nice but the shimmer ones were just wow! They were so buttery and soft and pigmented that I can get enough of them especially the color Venom. Will definitely order more in the future.
