In purchasing, I inadvertantly hit the autoship button! Realized it once I got my to my email, where they were confirming my autoships, which in this case, I did not want. I tried to call to correct it immediately, before they shipped the order, in case I needed to cancel & reorder, but they asked me to submit a request form via chat or email, which I did. They responded quickly, emailed me back to clarify. I confirmed and matter was taken care of. I didn't have to reorder either, which was a time saver. Very happy with the efficiency and quick service provided. It also came when they said it was going to arrive! I would prefer giving business to the growing mom & pop-type businesses, rather than the huge conglomorates, and Lucky Vitamin fits the bill. I've been happy with services each time I've used them.
