I bought an item on OCT 25 they said they sent it, I checked on the tracking it was still in pre-shipment label made contacted customer service again. They said it would update on a Monday. It is now 4 days later and USPS still says label created. Also a few days after I order this item I started having fraud on my amex card. Stay away from this company.

We have communicated to you that this dress is from past season and on back order with an expected shipping time frame around 2 weeks, which is within the time frame for free standard shipping. Your order was delivered on Nov 14th. This is the tracking link https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9402111202537803421610. The name of the signee matches the name of the person placing the order. We have emailed you a couple of times asking you to kindly drop the credit card dispute for not receiving the order or returning the dress back to us. As of today we have not heard from you, so we have no recourse but to try to reach you from this channel. Please kindly respond to our emails and let us know how we can better address your concerns.
